The StarPower Wellness Program at Oklahoma City University is designed to increase the health and wellness of its students, faculty, and staff through initiatives focused on the enrichment of the mind, body, and spirit.
Oklahoma City University is a tobacco-free campus. This policy enables students, faculty, staff, and visitors to preserve their health by providing an environment where people can learn teach and work free from risks associated with tobacco use.
With two fitness centers on campus, our students, faculty, staff and alumni can take advantage of free entry to the Freede Wellness Center and Aduddell Fitness Center. Spouses/domestic partners and dependents of employees may use the Aduddell Fitness Center for a minimal fee.
